Due to the nature of our products being perishable food items, unfortunately, we cannot offer returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will allow refunds or replacements until Jan 5, 2025. Please include photos of damaged or defective products to support@drinkmixy.com so we can continue to improve. Our guarantee does not cover incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
